For over thirty years I have been practicing law in the greater Danbury area. My undergraduate degree is from the College of the Holy Cross in 1971 and my Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University School of Law in 1974. I was admitted to the Bar of the State of Connecticut in 1974, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals in 1975. My professional memberships include the Connecticut Bar Association, Family Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Greater Danbury Bar Association, and the Family Law Committee of the Danbury Bar Association.

The Superior Court has appointed me as a Special Master for the pre-trial program of divorce cases. In addition, I have been selected as a Special Master for the Statewide Region Family Trial Docket for the mediation of complex issues involving child custody and visitation. For five years I was an Adjunct Professor at Marist College teaching family law and civil litigation. I have regularly lectured on issues of family law and domestic violence at Sacred Heart University, the Federal Corrections Institute, local radio stations and civic organizations. In addition, I am a licensed United States Coast Guard Merchant Marine Officer.
